These values are overlaid with the importance instilled into WellMax personnel, of ensuring the safety and wellbeing at all times to customers, public, fellow employees and surrounding environment for a successful project.

Planning

Successful and safe completion of projects derive from detailed planning and the ability to conceive and apply innovative solutions that are not immediately apparent.
Utilizing our long-term supply management chain partners this ensures supply needs are met on schedule and budget.

Delivery

Performance and control - Contract managers, Site managers and supervisors will compare project status and progress to the actual plan, as resources perform the scheduled work. During this phase, Project managers may need to adjust schedules or do what is necessary to keep the project on schedule and budget.
Project close out - after project tasks are completed and the client has approved the outcome, an evaluation is necessary to highlight project success and/or learn from project history.

Flexibility

Inevitably on any project things will come up to force changes to those detailed plans, flexibility is therefore paramount and WellMax exhibits a "can do" ethos in all its undertakings. WellMax appoint dedicated, key personnel to each project establishing rapport and trust from customer’s. This dependable and close relationship allows for knowledge and involvement at all stages enabling WellMax personnel to adopt a pro-active approach to problem solving.Alternative solutions can therefore be enacted early to reduce a resulting impact to cost or programme.

Sales Care

WellMax, after all, has a wealth of knowledge the client may benefit from.
It is with this in mind WellMax strives to not only get the job done but also to be there once the works are complete. WellMax remain loyal to their customers, always available – before, during and after a project has completed.
