When you come to us, you don’t need to go to any other contractors or consultants. We give you a genuinely fixed price because we know how much your project will cost.
Our expertise has enabled us to design and build scaffold for a diverse range of users, from schools and community buildings, industrial and commercial use, hotels and much more besides.
We work primarily with tube and fitting scaffolding construction, but we will use whichever method is appropriate or your project.
With every project we grow our experience and further strengthen our already established benchmarks and best practices. These are applied to every project that comes through our door and we use the same review process and framework to establish our ability to complete the project to our high standards. It is this system and the understanding of it by all employees, that allows us to all work in independent collaboration.

Initiating

Our Operational management will discuss the viability of the project against company resources and expertise. They will meet with Clients to understand their project scope and aims.

Planning

Using the requirements of the client and investigating the project, our Estimating department will put together a budget and schedule for the works. They will determine which, if any, resources need to be procured. Operational staff will liaise with the engineering department and prepare a detailed plan for the prospective works.

Executing

The Operations department will take control of the project and allocate and distribute tasks according to the detailed plan. A hierarchy is installed to responsibilities are understood and carried out. Our proven record of delivering clients’ scaffold projects on time and budget over and again is testimony to smart allocation of labour and material resources.

Performance & Control

Contract managers, Site managers and supervisors will compare project status and progress to the actual plan, as resources perform the scheduled work. During this phase, Project managers may need to adjust schedules or do what is necessary to keep the project on schedule and budget.

Project Close Out

After project tasks are completed and the client has approved the outcome, an evaluation is necessary to highlight project success and/or learn from project history.
